i Ordered pair of tan shoes item ****, but receive wrong item/pattern, the concern vendor forwarded stock from his non moving inventory, is it customers fault who had a faith on Shop Clues ??? shop clues is not helping to replace, really unethical worst company as i have mailed so many times and clarify them but there is no positive revert.
kindly help to protect customer rights
