मी * एप्रिल, **** रोजी आयटमला ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट (www.tehali.com) द्वारे ऑर्डर दिली आहे. मला **,**** रोजी ऑर्डर मिळाली. मी ऑर्डर केलेला आयटम हा आहे: तहली क्रिएशन सिल्क ब्लॅक कोल / आमच्या कव्हरड्रायरी सेमी सिचटेड / लेहेन्गा (पॅकेजशी संलग्न असलेल्या पावतीवर लिहिल्याप्रमाणे आणि हे मी ऑर्डर केलेले आयटम आहे). पण पॅकेजमध्ये ते मी ऑर्डर केलेले नाही. मी पॅकेज परत करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला परंतु वेबसाइटमध्ये परतावा पर्याय नाही. मी आरएस *** ची परतफेड मागितली आहे आणि मला पॅकेज परत घ्यायला आवडेल.
