I had registered with Hathway for * months internet connection with speed ***mbps unlimited data. I paid **** for it. They told me I will be getting the connection by end of the day but they did not turn up.
Next day they called me and said I have to pay an extra *** INR If I need an internet connection and the speed will only be ** Mbps. So I had requested for refund but they (Kumar Project lead) refused to say refund can only be raised if it is booked in first ** days of the month. The main issue is they are cheating the customer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
