DHBVN - Wrong electricity bill

I have an electricity connection with the account number DC*D-****-A (old account number TC*D-****). The electricity bill from ** Jan - ** Mar **** has the consumption charges of Rs *,*** before the subsidy deduction of Rs. *** with a net payable of Rs. ****. But along with that there are sundry charges of Rs **,***. I have been paying the complete electricity bill on time. What are these charges being levied for? There is no clarity on the same in the electricity bill and when I went to the city electricity board, they didn't give any satisfactory response. My electricity usage has never been this high to have charges of around **,***. Please correct the electricity bill and remove these wrong charges.
