Bajaj Finserve Ltd - Wrong Ecs debit My Account

Dear Sir,
I Have purchased electrolex AC at june **** EMI method totally * emi My loan id No: ****CD********. That loan closed JAN-****. I have NOC from Bajaj finserve. After i did not purchase anything from bajaj finseve.
Last *th Sep-**** Bajaj Finserve wrongly debited Rs.****/- from my Account ECS Method used my above closed loan Account. I informed Bajaj by mail as well as directly Madurai branch and bajaj finserve send me apology letter and Reverse my Amount **th Sep ****. And promised me again that kind of wrong deduction not Happen in Future.
But Again *th OCT-**** MY ACCOUNT DEBIT RS.****/- ILLEGALLY used my closed same bajaj loan id. What happen is going on. How dare debit my account again and again. Its purely THEFT.
This is informing you I have very very worry and mentally pressured about that situation. I already previous month inform to head Bajaj people done some Malpractices of my account. But madurai bajaj finseve people treat like bouncers and speak irresponsible . I Really fed up this issue. So consumer court only solve my problem and punished responsible person. And reverse my amount with penalty from Bajaj.
