I had taken a loan from bajaj finserve and on **th april i had settled the loan for ***** which i have transactions of and the settlement letter also i hav but instead of this till now as on **th September **** my loan is still active and they issue an emi and bounce charges ** to ** times monthly in my bank account and because of that my balance is in minus and my cibil score is also decreasing even after paying the amount that i we both agreed for
