I have ordered an Queen size bed mentioned H**. * *W** *D**. * in December ****.
Order number *********.
It was used normal cotton bed.
I bought a new queen size mattress of Curlon bond on may *th and it was not fitted in the bed.
I re measured the bed and found that around *inc smaller than the mentioned size.
I contacted the customer service and discussed the issue. The response was too bad and they were not ready to listen the concern
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
