Vandaley - Wrong company product received

I orderd infrared thermometer of Vandaley company on **st april ** and received quantum company on **th April ** which is even not switching on. I placed return on **th April ** with product images. But every time when i talked to customer supprot they used to say that item will be picked up in next ** hours. After * and half month of delivery now they are saying that return policy expired. They had never asked me to upload unpacking video and i didnt even made video too. They are totally cheated me. please help me
