Airtel Postpaid - Wrong Charge Arrive In Last Six Month

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that my airtel postpaid number ********** & ********** wrong charges arrive in every month also i tell to airtel this issue arrive in last six month and till time continue but not provide permanent solution,Every month calling to airtel for tell wrong charges and last three month wrong charges waiver not provide so many complaint note down via call or e mail but no one responding them.
