I ordered a mantra chanting box for about ***rs. From shopclues.com
They delivered the product which wasnt even *% same as the product shown by them on their site. And even the product wasn't working.
And when i requested for a return , they rejected it saying that the product theu delivered was sealed and all and they had quality checks.(bull shit)
Let them take what they delivered vack and refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
