Pepperfry.com - Wrong and damaged product delivered

I had bought * single beds with storage from Pepperfry for my kids. The order number was *********. This order got delivered on **th March. While one of the units was okay and was assembled the second unit had * wrong / damaged planks delivered which was found during assembly by their Carpenter. It has been a month now with me chasing them for wrong parts replacement. Uncountable calls explaining the situation, multiple assurances, multiple case managers assigned but the issue stands as it is. They say they can only take * unit back so I have been patiently waiting as if I just take one then the whole decor of my kid's bedroom goes for a toss. I haven't seen such an unprofessional company ever who keeps their customers keep on suffering. My kids who had chosen this product are so disheartened by this whole episode that they don't even like these beds anymore.
