First of all I did not buy this Almirah online, it is a store purchase where I'm falsely advised about the Material of almirah. I haven't receieved what I've been committed hence this is a case of Fruad sale.
Since I'm not getting any resolution regarding to return of this almirah, I believe I'll have to take a legal action by raising it on consumer forum and social media.
I'm tired of explaining my issue to various Pepperfry customer service executives including your Lajpat Nagar Store sales team. As this isn't an Online purchase, the material of almirah shown to me in store is not at all same as compared to one that is delivered to me. The carpenter who has came for the qualitiy check has also agreed with the QUALITY ISSUE and assured me that this should be returned.
Hence I request you to kindly get this almirah returend and process the complete refund of my Hard earned money (Rs.**,***/-) that I don't want to spend on your waste product.
Since my issue has been pending since long now, kindly provide a resolution by Cancelling this purchase before I had to go for an alternative Open platform of raising my issue as a victimized customer.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
