Recently i moved in indranagar and i was in need of INTERNET. So for the same spoke to hathway sales person.He did all the formalities and said he will confirm me the timing when internet guy can comes in for the setup but later there is no call no message. Before doing the payment i told him that i will be not at home between ** to *pm but he said ok no problem. He will confirm me the timings but never got a call for me its more than * days now and hathway promise for the connection in **hrs. Please do something as the sales person and company is so in attitude that he said there is no use of complaining.
