I have asked Hathway customer care team to delete my account permanently since I am not using Hathway connection. Since I was not able to return modem, they asked me to pay Rs **** and I paid it. But still, these people are calling me asking connection renewal. This is totally irritating and I want my account to be deleted permanently.
