I am the excitel customer since * years. But this time, excitel is giving its worst service ever. I am complaining since ** days, and every the next morning, customer care calls and asks me to check the speed. I told them alot of time that speed issue is coming after * pm and stays till * am, but they never listened and after all this, all my work, my lectures, my data, all went in bin. Its ruining this time. I need a strong resolution, and if possible, I request to kindly take some action on them as they are not at all serving their customer as per their policy. They are just grabbing money, and at the time of help and issue, they steps back.
