I have ordered one suit recently from vastrova. U just hate the quality maintained and the original product received is not at all looking like the dress shown in the picture before purchase. When i equired them for a return, asking to self courier the product and amount will be credited to vastrova wallet instead of my bank account with a deduction of ***. Why the hell i would re purchase any item from this stupid website. I asked them to credit the amt to my bank account with which they are not agreeing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
