Vastrova - Cheap product received

I ordered a dress from this website called vastrova. The product doesn't match at all with the picture displayed on the website. When I emailed them regarding the issue, they said that they don't accept returns if the product is intact. This is clearly fraud. This is cheating on customers. I demand a refund. Money doesn't grow on trees.
