Today i registered a complaint regarding that my devices not going to connected with my broadband because my router is in first floor and my tv is in ground floor and they told me thats not possible that you can connect your tv because your router is in first floor and tv is ib ground floor so i told your customer executive earlier it was working fine and i am using this from last one year so after that they created a ticket id and technician come and guide me with the same problem and i replied to that guy i don't share OTP because my issue still not solved and its still pending then after few minutes someone call me on his behalf and ask me please share me your OTP otherwise i am going to close your internet service permanently my question is that who give the owner of this guy to give threat to net plus customer like that and they treated me like a mafia and also i am telling you i am going to file an FIR against that guy as well as net plus service because you are threatening to your customer i feel today that i am not feeling safe in india because of you guys only and i when i am calling to your telecaller and brief the scenario they told me they are unable to do anything so so need to write an email to our customer servive and also i am going to post this whole scenario in Linkedin platform, Facebook, Instragram and Twitter as well so you guys know how to treat with the customer. Also i need answer on that as soon as possible i am not going to wait till evening and tomorrow
