The worst ever experience we had for the Leh - Ladakh *D bike trip. The promises made by Thrillophilia were never fulfilled on ground. The stay and food was comfortable , but the team on ground in coordinating the activities were pathetic. From Day * we had been facing delayed/ nil responses for most of our queries. There's zero support from Thrillophilia Staff Mr. Satya , who was supposed to coordinate the entire trip. He barely turned up for the trip. Came on Day * gave a briefing and left us all in the local guide's hands for the rest of the day. Trip was supposed to be max of ** bikes , but there were close to ** bikes and ~ ** pax.



Date : **th July - **rd July ****



Day * : The Bike's were supposed to be handed over by evening . It never turned up



Day * : we started our day @ **:** p.m midday which was supposed to start at ** a.m . That too the bikes were in bad shape and it didn't turn up on time. The sightseeing and coordination was pathetic. Few of our bikes had brake failures while riding.



Day * : Bikes never got serviced and we were late to start our long ride towards Nubra Valley. We started by **:** p.m again. which was supposed to be ** a.m. We reached late at Nubra valley and struggled to find rooms/tents and Nubra stay.



Day * : The local coordinator said due to heavy rain the road towards Pangong lake is closed and hence we will spend a day in Nubra. This was the only comfortable day in the entire trip which went as per plan.



Day * : we were promised to take to pangong lake , but they took us back to leh stating the road is blocked. But the truth was that on the way we met riders returning from pangong via bike to leh. The coordinator lied to bring us back to Leh.



Day * : In-order to cover Pangong lake , they arranged a traveler for us and irrespective of starting the journey at * a.m , we started around * a.m. While returning due to delay , the time was dark and the vehicle was not ascending with the ** pax. We had to push vehicles for close to *-* kms on an ascent of approx ***** Ft , where we could barely breathe , walk and the climate was cold. There were few in our group got shivers and breathlessness. But there weren't any backup vehichle carrying oxygen or support for us. There was backup vehicle committed during the entire trip in Thrillophilia itinerary. We struggled a lot to reach back leh by ** midnight. Once we raised the complaint the local coordinator Mr Aumchuk misbehaved with us. We reached out to thrillophilia local coordinator Mr. Satya and he arrived at our stay.

Mr Satya ensured that he will take it up with the local coordinator and ensure we are getting the refund for the entire discomfort. He promised in front of us that he will send mail to all of us that same day i.e **rd July **** , but neither mail came or not the solution.



This is the worst trip I have ever gone on. Paid in full , irrespective of knowing that Thrillophilia is charging * - * K premium compared to other tour operators for the same duration. We all trusted Thrillophilia and we ended up being robbed.



It's a pure business platform and there's no customer experience consideration.



We urge the Thrillophilia team to refund the cost. Or else we have video proof of all the incidents and will air it on social media.
