I had booked a travel package to Singapore for * people through Thrillophilia. Once, i made the advance payment, they said they can not provide visa assistance for * person. I was told to go ahead for visa on my own for that person. So, i asked for refund of visa assistance fees for that * person.
I was told, it will be refunded once my trip is over. My trip got over on **th October ****. Today is **Th October. I haven't received any update on the refund. I raised a ticket on thrillophilia help on **th oct. Havent got any updates till now.
On email as well, no body has ever replied to me from their side.
