Byju - Worst ever service and studies

Byjus's counsellor mr. Srikant (Byju’s employee id: tnl[protected] had come to my home to convince us about the byju’s app learning program. I was not convinced. Then he told me that i can cancel the program at any point if it is not good for the study of my children. Then, i thought let me see. So, i registered with byju’s for my brother. Total amount of this package was rs/- ******/. Then, i made a down payment of rs -***** /-. Remaining amount rs-*****/- is to be paid by emi through my account only! Here also he misled me! I never knew one so called agency also involved in that!!! I am doing handwork and earning money, for what purpose i need an agency? So your employee cheated me while hiding so many facts.
He did not tell us that the cancellation period is of ** days after receiving the product. So those ** days went like that but when i noticed that .
My brother received a defaulted tab and that i reported to her mentor. She told which will be replaced immediately. I am receiving calls to clear the dues but my brother not using the same. My children are not using the same then why should i pay? I have never gone through such a bad service till date. Byju’s learning app is a very big fraud company, and they are not responding to the mail. I don’t know, who had given licence to run a fraud company???
So, please come and collect your product and refund my amount. I want reply as early as possible. Otherwise i will take the next step!! I will call the media and inform the truth and send message in whatsapp and facebook account. You don’t know the effect of that.!
