- Wifi disconnection issue Closed
I purchased a new Galaxy Note ** plus and since day * I am facing issues with WiFi. I thought it could be due to downloading apps but the same issue persisted. I reached out to Samsung Chat support and customer care within a week and they performed troubleshooting which did not resolve the issue. I was advised to contact service center and they reinstalled OS on my phone. I showed him the screenshots but he wanted me to test it on their network and I got the same error after using Wifi for a few minutes. Took the screenshot of service centers Wifi and uploaded that in the ticket. I was contacted by Samsung and the representative was not ready to listen to me and he also ignored the screenshots provided. He advised me to wait for a software update. I received an update a few weeks back but still having the same issue. I have *-* mobile that are connected to the same network and I never faced any issues with them. Tried using Hotspot and got the same error. I have provided them enough evidence to show that the phone is defective. Provided photos and videos but no help. I have purchased this expensive phone expecting to get an awesome experience but it turned out to be a nightmare. A smartphone without WiFi is of really no use.
Please please help me with this issue. I have tried my best but Samsung does not believe their customers.
