Whitehat Jr - Whitehat Jr delaying the refund amount

I had requested for the refund of my money after I opted out of the online music classes from Whitehat Jr. First they said that since I had opted for a EMI option so it is difficult for them to cut the amount for the classes that I attended and refund back the balance amount. So they asked me to make the payment again for the classes which I took (which included the classes which I had to cancel due to my work commitments and couldn't attend. But they asked me to pay the money inspite of it saying that I had lost credits) and they said the entire amount which was deducted from my bank account will be refunded. It's been more than * weeks now and multiple calls and emails but still I have not received the amount. All I get to hear is that they are processing my request and that there is some error.
