Urgent Resolution Required for Refund and Technical Issues with WhiteHat Jr.
Complaint Details:
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have experienced with WhiteHat Jr., a company under Byju's. Despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues directly with WhiteHat Jr., I have received no response or action. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional.
Details of the Complaint:
Refund Request Ignored: I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund for services that were unsatisfactory. To date, there has been no acknowledgment or response from WhiteHat Jr.
Non-functional Dashboard: The WhiteHat Jr. dashboard, which is a critical part of their service, has not been working correctly. This has further compounded my frustration and inconvenience.
Expected Resolution:
Immediate processing and confirmation of my refund.
Resolution of the technical issues with the WhiteHat Jr. dashboard.
Additional Actions if Not Resolved:
If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution within the next ** hours, I will escalate this matter further by:
Filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies.
Sharing my negative experience on social media and review platforms.
Exploring legal avenues to protect my consumer rights.
