Whirlpool India - Whirlpool washing machine not working its been only 3 months and when we raise a complaint they have

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with my Whirlpool washing machine. I purchased the machine on **th December **** and within a week of installation, it started showing the tap symbol even though the water pressure was proper. Now, it is not washing at all and the door is not getting locked.

I immediately raised a complaint with your customer service department and provided an alternate phone number, but it took a week for someone to call me back. To my disappointment, no one called the alternate phone number I provided. Furthermore, no one has visited my home to resolve the issue.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far, and I expect better from a reputed brand like Whirlpool. Therefore, I request that you take prompt action to resolve the issue with my washing machine as soon as possible. However, given the ongoing problems and the delay in resolving the issue, I would like to request a total refund for the product.

I understand that this may take some time to process, but I believe it is only fair considering the inconvenience and frustration caused by this ordeal. I look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution to this matter.
