We had issue with our refrigerator - Model : whirlpool Intel *th sense..it was not working properly so we logged complaint.
Whirpool guy cane and exami ed tge fridge saying the PCB has damaged , and company is nit manufacturing it. So you need to replace fridge or ask fir compensation.
So we wrote mail to whirlpool and followibg authorities assured us that they will give us replacement with either same series or upgraded fridge midels.
The intelligwnt authorities i am talking here are-
Mr.Ankur Dubey - Team Lease
Mrs.Charu Singh : Care Manager Service Operation Support
We agreed on model and the team sent us the difference amoubt to be paid.
Model we finalized was -
Whirpool - WPFF***L *S
IFINCHVPLATNA***AlHASTELZ
And paid **k rupees as a difference amount.
While making delivery they delivered some different model.
This is absolutely fooling and looting people.
We need get this sorted.
