Placed service request for AC re-installation Service Request Number CHE***********. On **.**.**
The technician completed the work and I had paid Rs ****/- against invoice no. *****. On **.**.**. Within few minutes we identified Gas leakage from indoor unit.
The technician didn't do the pressure test for the copper pipe connection before charging the split AC resulting in Gas loss.
We called back the technician and he returned after few minutes and closed the gas from outdoor unit and assured that an expert service person will attend and I am only sent for fixing. Also he had made a call to his boss Mr.Varadarajan and he had assured to send service person on Sunday **.**.** and rectify before **am.
No one came.
