I have purchased a *.* ton * star ac on *-**-**** after we received the ac the technician on installation time told the ac is not cooling because of low gas or no gas so it has to be refilled. then he refilled and showed us some improvement in cooling and told us it will work good now. but again after few days the ac dropped it's cooling level.
