Wazirx India - Wazirx Locked My Account for No reason

On **th March ****, my mobile software crashed and then when its hard reset, all the data are gone, including the Authenticator app for *FA, i raised a request on the same day and on March **th ****, the issue was solved. After this i had registered my Bank account and completed KYC and same verified by Wazirx and accepted, then i deposited Rs *****/- to their account and it got credited to my trading account. TIll this far everything was fine, once they got my money in their account, i wasn't able to do any trades, neither was able to withdraw the amount. I've sent so many emails to them for which they send a lame mail or automated reply stating that * reasons can be there,. Reason * - Banking Issue or Reason *- Crypto withdrawal issue with wrong address. This is not related to the issue that I'm facing. The issue that I'm not able to use the money to trade or not able to withdraw to the same bank account registered with them from which i deposited from. Pls help me to find a solution for this menace that they had created for the past ** days. Due to this my money got stuck and potentially missed the Doge Crypto purchase, thru which i could have earned nearly **k by buy & sell under USDT platform or INR. I was bothered mentally due to the non-responsiveness of Wazirx management.
