Recently i joined Wazirx but while checking for liquidity of my funds in rapid listing funds, the link provided by them is not working even after trying for few days. i tried to contact them through customer support but what i get is automated reply and nothing regarding my query. Even their email ID is not provided in the site. If they are not sure about the liquidity of the products listed on their sites than the investors should not be misguided. There should be some assurance regarding the time required for the product to go live which are listed under rapid list otherwise same should be withdrawn from the list.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
