Wazirx exchange - WazirX holding coins even after confirmation on nonpayment from Buyer

On **th of June, I offered to sell **USDTs through P*P exchange on WazirX. A buyer was matched who confirmed the payment within seconds which was suspicious and since WazirX will lock the coins until the transaction is completed, I had to wait for *hrs till the dispute can be raised. Since then I've tried contacting Wazirx by all possible means. Then came an email from WazirX asking me to send bank statement with recent transactions for confirmation, which I did for * times. They have been non passive about this issue and it took * days(**th June) for them to confirm that the buyer didn't send any amount and has assured me to stay patient for ** days so that the locked coins may get reflected in the balance. Its been * days since that email, neither the order is cancelled nor they have released the coins. Since I am new to WazirX I've decided not to invest anymore and for a student like me every penny counts, I would've invested that money on other cryptocurrencies or could've sold it to someone else. WazirX wasted my time and opportunities. I want WazirX to release the coins and compensate me with a reasonable amount.
