My amount not credit in my account for wazirx company for ** January **** Amounts-*****,*****,****,****,**** my issue for this company * months and I pay my hospital amount after*.** month for my medical issue there no amount show and I contact my bank for these amount bank says no amount credit in your account ** January to today and I complaint on wazirx chat he say send proof your account statement I provide my bank statement on wazirx chat after I contact *-* days new agent say you resend account statement I send * time my statement on wazirx agents * person say I will notify in your mail I escalate your issue.today * April I contact wazirx coustomer care number I discuss for my issue update but He told me you don't have any complaints I share ticket id wazirx chat & support provide but I call coustomer care number he says I can't find your complaint.i save a screenshot for all tickets wazirx my withdraw amount related.He told me you don't have any complaints show. told him I will take action against your company, he said you can do whatever you want.
