I am Mallikarjun B S from Bangalore. My brother was a cook and he was doing prasada for ** people for a temple. Seeing this water bill giving person changed connection from domestic to commercial because of which we had to pay *** extra. On May * **** my brother died due to corona. I went to water board near Krishna Rao Park Bangalore thrice and informed them about death and to change the connection from commercial to domestic. but till date they didnt change and we are paying *** Rs more every month. Hence I request you to take stringent action and fine the related officer so that they should do their duty properly.(because they told me thrice that they visit home and solve the problem). I am enclosing the related documents.
