DEBASHIS SAHOO filed complaint against Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board on Feb 15, 2021
I had applied online for Cauvery water new connection application id – ******VS*. Ive also paid the demand note of Rs.***** towards getting cauvery water. I've been given bwssb RR number - VS****** , meter number - *******. However ive not been given the supply line and my water meter is not fixed to the water line. I'm being asked to pay un accounted money outside the demand note to the plumber for the connection even though BWSSB has issued a work order to the plumber to complete the connection. i'm being unnecessarily harrased. I've written RTI application, made complaints to AE, EE as weel as submitted online complaints but all the complaints are getting closed without resolution. In this COVID pandemic times i'm being harassed for getting a water connection despite ive paid all the required money to BWSSB. Pls help
