our washing machine has stopped working suddenly. After raised complaint Voltas person came and informed motherboards not working. And they told we will order for the parts and also it will cover under warranty. its been more than * months still we didn't received the parts. Whenever we calling the manager he will tell the parts on the way please wait. And one day he is telling parts came but they damaged we will request for new parts. They are telling only stories whenever we call since * months. And from last he is not even picking the call. very poor customer service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
