My experience with Voltas Beko regarding my relationship has been incredibly frustrating. My complaint has remained unresolved for over two weeks, primarily due to logistical challenges and a significant communication gap among the involved teams. The following is a chronological account of the events:
On **/**, I lodged a complaint.
On **/**, the *st engineer [**********] visited and suggested an issue with the PCB.
On **/**, the *nd engineer [**********] came with a new PCB and also noted a gas leakage issue, though he did not install the new PCB.
From **/** to */**, I made numerous calls to these engineers, who stated that they couldn't act on their own as they hadn't received instructions to address my service request (SR). Customer care mentioned that the required part was yet to be received. However, I'd like to highlight that they already had the spare PCB ready for installation, and only the gas leakage needed fixing. I also connected with the Franchisee contact [**********]however there was no response to my call or my whatsapp message.
It is evident that my request was mishandled, and updates were not adequately shared. Moreover, my product, a refrigerator, is an essential household item. Despite my repeated requests for expedited resolution, no one took the initiative to prioritize and follow up to rectify the issue.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
