I WAS PURCHASED A MICROMAX ** INCH LED TV ON **/**/****, WHICH WAS * YEARS WARRENTY (*+* YEARS EXTENDED WARRENTY), I WAS REGISTERED FOR EXTENDED WARRENTY, BUT SOME WAS SHOWN ON THE LED PANEL, SO THAT I APPLY FOR REPLACEMENT THE TV SET, AFTER THAT MY TV SET WAS REPLACED ON **/**/****,
BEFORE *-* MONTHS THE MAIN BOARD OF TV WAS DAMAGED, I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, & THE BOARD WAS REPLACED, AGAIN BEFORE **-** DAYS TV IS NOT WORKING, I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, MICROMAX TECHNICIAN VISITED TO MY HOUSE & SAID IT IS A LED PANEL ISSUE & TAKE * TO ** DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT, BUT AFTER THAT I DID NOT GOT ANY SERVICE, I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER AGAIN THEY SAID THAI MY TV IS UNDER WARRENTY PERIOD UPTO **/**/****.BUT WHEN I CALL THE TECHNICIAN HE TELL ME THAT MY TV SHOWS OUT OF WARRENTY, SO THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE SERVICE. HOW IT POSSIBLE? I SHOW THE BILL BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME SERVICE, I CALL MANY MANY TIME TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO SOLUTION FOUND TILL NOW, I CALL **-** TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE, SEND THEM ALL DOCUMENTS BY MAIL BUT THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING, I COMPLAINTS *-* TIMES BUT ALL THE TIME THE CANCEL MY COMPLAINT, MY LAST COMPLAINT NO. WEB**********.
SO PLEASE IF YOU SOLVE THE MATTER I WILL BE GRATEFUL TO YOU, BECAUSE I ALREADY SUFFERED OVER **-** DAYS.
