Hello team,
With so much regret i am sharing a similar case again with you.
I got purchased a music system of zebronics company on ** feb. **** for rs ****/-
But system got off *rd time on ** September **** and when we visit samsung care.
They return us after say that seal is broken you must have repaired it with any local shop
We said that what is the logic of that statement when any product is in warranty than why we would go for any local shop and for after pay the money too. And when we can get it repaired free of cost. This can also happen that they might forget to apply the seal previous time. There was a function on our home when this instrument got mute.
In addition to this customer care representive did not listen to vendor's word and gived a statement that i will not pay get it repaired untill or unlesss you dun give me **** rs.
Now i am really harassed they return us *rd time. This is really not acceptable
We want to get excahnge this product we are not happy from this quality at oll
