I have buy zebronics sound bomb* earbuds from Amazon at nashik on * October **** then after * days on * October **** ,it produces horrible sound from one earbud without even pairing the device.I has asked for return but it is difficult to return and replace it. There should be returned option as well for electronic products .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
