I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of a recent issue regarding the return of a Boat Headphone Rockerz *** Pro in Hazel Beige. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including the Boat ticket number ******** and Blue Dart reference number ***********, I have encountered significant hurdles in resolving the matter.
Firstly, upon contacting your customer service team, I was informed that you were unable to process the return further due to a claim of receiving a defective product. However, despite my insistence that the product was in proper condition with no physical defects upon dispatch, I have received no further assistance in resolving the issue.
Moreover, I requested assistance in providing images of the product to your delivery partner, Blue Dart, to facilitate the resolution process. Unfortunately, this request was also refused, further exacerbating the frustration and inconvenience caused by this ordeal.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of cooperation and support from your end in rectifying this situation is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and prompt resolution of issues when they arise.
I urge you to reconsider your stance and take immediate action to address this matter. I am willing to provide any additional information or assistance necessary to facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
