Under Go mechanic Order ID - ***************, I was requested to change the car battery, the battery has been replaced on **th June ****. Post the battery change I have been following up with my service buddy for getting the warranty card details of my battery correctly stamped and filled, today is **th October it’s been * months now and I haven’t received warranty car for my cars battery. I am calling the service buddy he is not picking phone I am emailing gomechanic they are not responding. If any issues comes out related to battery I won't be responsible and Go-mechanic should arrange service/replacement of battery without warranty card.
