Gomechanic Car Service - I cannot take back my car from Gomechanic

I took a repair service for my car, Maruti Swift-Petrol ( TN** BH ****) at Go-mechanic on July *th . After that I drove the car hardly **-** KM and experienced the same original problem(car broke down on its own during middle of the driving and not able to start) still not arrested , so immediately (July **th ) notified to the mechanic (Sans motors, Pallavaram) and they came and towed back my car to their Garage.

Also I spoke with the Service buddy two days later for follow up , he told me that he will check and respond back . Today again I called him and during the conversion I came to know that they still didn’t find what is the issue in the car.

Since yesterday(**/**/****) I have been trying to contact your service buddy to ask about my car but no response. Last friday i was told that i need to pay **k for spare parts to get my car ready, otherwise i can take back my car.

This is happening after almost ** days of repair inspection into my car , why cant these kind of estimation not done within few days or even weeks of taking into custody , above that i already spent **,*** with Gomechanic for the same problem but still my problem did not arrest , now service buddy is saying this additional issue not related with the **,*** work( i am not convinced)
First point why Job ID is not created on time , it was created after having so many mails and phone calls(you can check the mail history and Job ID created date)
Second , Last wednesday i called your (**** ****** ,***** ***** ) three times to ask for call back from escalation team lambeswar , even then i didnt get any call back from them till today.
Now i understood you are expecting **k to repair my car that too i dont have any trust on you as this is going like trial and error , not having any competence to identify the issue.
