Sunil Salunke filed complaint against Byju s on Jan 17, 2022
I have paid Rs.*****/- for Online Tuition for my son in two Instalment Rs.****/- on **/**/**** and Rs.****/- on **/**/****, After almost * month, we realise that classes are not taken, as there system does not show any credit to my son's account. We this issue with their advisors, but all in vain, as he could attend only * classes, that too with great difficulties. We could not follow up every day for classes to take place, we decided to cancel, the same.
and sent cancellation request on *th Aug-****, Ref. No.Cancellation of Online Classes [ ref:_**D*w*yRgl._****i*oty*:ref ]

Now in spite of repeated reminders, there is no response from Byju's to Refund the amount paid. Would request you take up the matter and arrange for Refund of our hard earned money.
