**th Feb ****, A Toppr Executive Named Ishwar Came in my house. Even if we do not want to hear about Toppr.
He said it will help you and save your time. He also trapped us in Marketing Tactics Of Discount and didn't gave us the Time of Actually Thinking should we get this or not. We bought The **K Plan(Which was * Lakh **K according to him before discount) of JEE For *.*Years upto June ****.
We paid **K as a downpayment in Cash and the rest **K in Installement Of *K per month By Bajaj Finserv.
Now The problem is, My Son is not understanding The Content,plus it is not According to JEE, Network Issue, All Day Seeing Tablet(Study Material Given By Toppr) For studies, etc.
We have Paid * Installments Of Bajaj Finserv Worth **K.
Now, we don't want to continue the Toppr Learning and do not want to pay the rest of the money to Bajaj Finserv.
The executive of Bajaj Finserv is saying that We want a Cancellation Letter from the dealer(Toppr).
The Executive of Toppr(Ishwar) is not answering our Calls, Messages.
We have talked and Send emails To Toppr and they are saying that we cannot cancel your Subscription.
They Are saying That we do not have that Policy.
Today *rd September ****, We got a call from Bajaj That You will get Legal Notice if you do not Pay us Our money.
What we will Do?
Toppr Is Not Responding and Bajaj want's their Installments.
We can't pay the rest **K from **K(We have actually payed them **K!)
We are Bearing Mental Tortures from both sides
Please help us!
