Toppr Technologies Pvt Ltd - toppr com misguide hide on return policy

Dear Sir,
We are finding a NEET **th class course for my daughter, today is **th sep and A sale person visited at my home yesterday **th Sep, I bought a NEET **th class course for * year from him, he said if any issue will be then you get refund, he hide all term and condition and refund policy of toppr.com ,
I have made rs. ***** in advance thru debit card, rest as per him will deduct from bank , as per him from bajaj finserve.
In this course my expectations does not full fill, so many problems in apps and class not understandable, this sale person not answer my calls.
I have raise request on mail their support team for cancel subscription within ** hour of purchase this course and ask to them refund my money back and stop my finance , but they are refusing for refund,
while their sale person made false commitment
please help me for getting my money back while in use their app only one day.
