Milk should be delivered before *.**am. I called customer service and they made me to wait till afternoon. After that simply they mentioned in their app that delivery got cancelled. Money has deducted from my wallet. And same thing happening daily. To connect with their customer care agent, we should wait atleast **mins to * hours. Even after that they dont solve our problem. They mail us like your query is resolved and even asking for feedback. Worst service. I need my money back
