Fth Daily - Missing Deliveries

since few days sometimes deliveries are missing and they show as delivered on App. In case we miss to update same day on app , we are not allowed to raise complaint. Delivery was missing for me on **th Sep and i am raising only for this day and don't have track for previous day .
Only not us , this was discussed and found out that deliveries are missing for many of the people in the society .
