I have raised complaint against my ac is not cooling, and for that *-* times engineer visited but my ac is not fixed yet and it's more than a month. All they are just making fool to customers by the name of service. Hot season is almost ready to go it's august Ending and raise issue in JULY.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
