Voltas Ac - My VOLTAS A C not working

I would like to inform you that I purchased Voltas Inverter *.*T AC, Model ***VCZT, from Aircol Enterprises, Mamangalam, Kochi-****** on **th April ****. Within two year, My A/C is not cooling and raised complaint in Voltas customer care wide no-***********.

Technician visited my place to perform that service on **.*.****. He checked the A/C and gave me service report (bill number is *****) with a service charge of Rs.***/- without resolving the issue.
Still A/C is in dead situation and technician told external unit board is not functioning and need to replace which may cause more then *****/- + service charge. It is very pain full to spent another *****+ within two year even though I have done all free service within Extended warranty period (***********).

Sorry to say, I am highly disappointed with your Product & services within warranty period itself. Being a TATA brand I never expected such kind of behavior from your product.
Now the same problem is still there with the A.C.

I'm not in a position to spend this much money in Pandemic situation is very difficult.
