I purchased voltas ac */*/**** from S.S Electronics, Naidupeta. Outdoor unit fan motor repair continuously. Recently ** days back motor replaced by the company. But today motor again repairs. Every time taken rectify the problem more time i.e **-** days. Voltas ac customer service is too worst. I try to book the complaint if you speak Hindi press * if you speak English press * if u speak Telugu press *. I pressed * but the Hindi language is speaking. Why they are irresponsible to customers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
